Who we are

ParaHub is a marketplace connecting financial advisers with paraplanners. We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and transparently. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@parahub.co.uk.

What data we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your role (financial adviser or paraplanner)
• Any optional message you choose to include

Why we collect it

We use your data solely to manage the ParaHub waitlist and to contact you about early access, launch updates, and platform news. We will never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it’s stored

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Data is held on servers within the European Economic Area.

How long we keep it

We retain your data for as long as ParaHub is in development or operation. If the project does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 12 months of that decision.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw consent to receive communications

Cookies

ParaHub does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use essential session cookies to keep the site functioning correctly.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update this page and notify waitlist members by email.
